Common questions

How do I sign in?: With Apple, Google, or your email address. Email sign-in sends a one-time code or magic link — there is no password to remember.
Is anything for sale in Grailboard?: No. Grailboard is a showcase, not a marketplace. It does not facilitate buying, selling or trading, and it does not provide valuations, authentication or grading.
What are the limits?: Every account has the same limits: 100 cards, 3 Vault Walls and 1 Holy Grail. There is no paid tier.
What is the difference between a Holy Grail and Grail of the Week?: Your Holy Grail is the one card on your profile your collection is built around — you pick it. Grail of the Week is a weekly vote: collectors nominate a card, everyone gets one vote, and the winner is shown on every Home feed.
Who can see my cards?: Grailboard is a showcase, so cards, walls, your profile and your Holy Grail are public and can be shared by link. Your email address and sign-in method are never shown to anyone.
How do I report a card or a collector?: Use the report button on any upload, comment or profile. You can also block a collector from their profile. Every report is reviewed.
How do I delete my account?: In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. Your account is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. Full instructions.
