Delete your Grailboard account

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. No email required.

In the app

  1. Open Grailboard and go to your Profile tab.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and profile are hidden immediately.

What happens next

Your account and profile disappear from Grailboard right away. After a 30-day grace period the account, your card photos, walls, comments and other content are permanently deleted. Signing in during those 30 days cancels the deletion and restores everything.

After deletion we may keep limited records where the law requires it or for security and fraud prevention, and content that was hidden by moderation may be retained for enforcement. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@grailboard.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and start the same 30-day process.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: username, display name, avatar, bio
  • Every card you uploaded, including photos and details
  • Your Holy Grail selection and Vault Walls
  • Comments, likes, bookmarks, follows, votes and nominations
  • Your push-notification token
