Child Safety Standards
Rimal Labs LLC operates Grailboard, a community where collectors show the trading cards they own. These standards set out how Grailboard prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Zero tolerance
Grailboard prohibits any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor. That includes CSAM in any form, sexualised images or comments involving minors, grooming, sextortion, and any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes. These rules apply to card photos, avatars, bios, comments, Vault Walls, and every other part of the Service, and they are part of our Community Guidelines (grailboard.app/guidelines) and Terms of Service (grailboard.app/terms).
Grailboard is not intended for children under 13, and it has no private messaging between users.
Reporting in the app
Every card, comment, Vault Wall, and profile has a Report option, and any collector can be blocked from their profile. Reports go to our moderation queue, where a moderator reviews them and can remove content, hide it from everyone, and suspend or permanently ban the account.
How we respond
- Content that sexualises or endangers a minor is removed as soon as we become aware of it, and the account that posted it is permanently banned.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement. Material we report is preserved only as the law requires and is never shown to anyone else.
- We act on reports from anyone, whether or not they have an account.
Contact
To report a child-safety concern, or for questions about these standards, email support@grailboard.app. Our designated child-safety contact reads these messages and can act on them. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also report CSAM directly to NCMEC at https://report.cybertip.org.
